PALASA’S SUNSETS
The project is inspired by the breathtaking sunsets of Palasë, a place uniquely positioned to face west with sweeping views over the Mediterranean. We envision creating the ultimate sunset spot, perfectly aligned with our central promenade, where the sun sets directly on the horizon on March 21st, marking the beginning of spring, and again on September 21st, at the end of summer
Catch the SUN
The project centers on the sun and its sunsets, drawing inspiration from Stonehenge’s alignment with celestial movements. Just as Stonehenge captures the path of the sun, our design frames the sunset, blending warm, natural tones with the surrounding environment. This connection fosters harmony with nature, creating a space where the beauty of the sunset is celebrated and appreciated every day.
Infrastructure
A landscaped area accommodates multiple modes of mobility, ensuring pedestrian-friendly access to central commercial spaces. The residential zone is designed with a ring-road access system, enhancing connectivity while maintaining a seamless flow of movement. Meanwhile, underground routes for vehicles ensure that traffic remains hidden, preserving the tranquility and natural setting of the environment.
SUN PIAZZA
Three plazas are strategically positioned throughout the site, serving as vibrant gathering hubs for residents and visitors alike. These spaces are designed to host various events and activities, fostering community interaction while enhancing the overall cultural and social experience of the area.
